Decision Making

This exercise is not only good for demonstrating decision-making principles but is also a good energiser in its own right.

Divide the participants into groups of 4–6. Give them a road atlas or a map of the local area and ask them to decide which is the best route between two points.

Debrief by asking what processes and criteria they used to reach agreement and arrive at a decision.

More decision making exercises are available to Gold Membership subscribers and on our Icebreaker CD-ROM.
