Statutory Redundancy Pay (UK)

• Maximum payment is the smaller of £11 400 or 30 weeks' pay (maximum of £380 per week)
  
  
• Minimum of two years' continuous service with the same employer
  
  
• For each complete year of continuous service (up to a maximum of 20 years):
  
  

  Employees aged under 22	Half a week's pay
  Employees aged 22—40	One week's pay
  Employees aged 41 and above	One and a half weeks' pay
